110-300-0165 (2)(d) The school age restroom has plastic garbage bags on the shelve above the toilet that are not made inaccessible to children. 110-300-0165(3)(a) The center has a red wooden boat that has lots of splintered edges and sharp edges from the wood falling apart this is located on the large back playground that is not inaccessible to children. 110-300-0165(3)(a) The fence along the right side of the large playground and along the back wall has several wood slats that have splintered edges and sharpe edges that are not inaccessible to children. 110-300-0165(3)(d) The refrdigerator on the back deck does not have a lock that is not made inaccessible to children. 110-300-0165(4)(f) The gate that blocks the stairway was not attached to the wall preventing child access to unlicensed space and the stairway.
